Our properties in Manayunk are designed to provide a convenient and upscale living environment for the young professional.

All of our properties are single-family homes with all furniture provided for the common area living space. The furnishings include: sofas, loveseats, coffee and end tables, carpets, lamps and artwork in the living room; a formal table, chairs and sideboard in the dining room; and all modern appliances including a dishwasher in the kitchen.

All of our houses also include 46-55" flatscreen TV's in the living room. Every house is air conditioned and comes equipped with a washer and dryer. The rents vary based on house amenities and room sizes.

For their bedrooms, tenants have the option of providing their own furniture. If preferred, we also offer complete furniture for the bedrooms, which would include a full size bed, dresser, desk and desk chair, and other furniture options depending on the room size and what you might need. This option is ideal for people who are moving to the area for jobs and who do not want to transport a lot of furniture.

Our properties are exclusively leased to young professionals who are looking for a shared living arrangement with similar people. We have houses occupied by all guys, all girls and some that are co-ed. Most of our tenants are 22-28, unmarried, college educated professionals who are busy with their jobs during the week, but who want the nightlife and vibrant living that Manayunk offers on weeknights and the weekends. Most of out tenants don't know each other when they move into their house, but they generally become quick friends, hanging out and enjoying Manayunk and the Philadelphia scene. Many are also engaged in the activities offered by the Manayunk Sport & Social Club.

Our company is based on the belief that our tenants' needs are of the utmost importance. We know the lifestyle that our tenants lead and want. Our entire team is committed to providing a living environment that supports this lifestyle. Due to our relative success, a large percentage of our business comes from referrals by current and former tenants.
